Presenters will provide legal, legislative, and regulatory updates on key land development issues for Pennsylvania’s engineering community.  Some topics to be discussed include: a US Supreme Court case that permits the reviewability of jurisdictional determinations as an agency decision; examining methods to sign & seal SW BMPs on a project; legislation seeking to clarify riparian buffer requirements under Chapter 102; and more!

 Louis J. Colagreco, Jr., leads the Exton, PA law firm of Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco as its president and as the chair of its Land Use Practice. Lou expertly guides clients in obtaining approvals for residential, retail, industrial and office space development across the southeastern Pennsylvania region.

Alyson M. Zarro is a shareholder with Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco whose practice focuses on land use, zoning and real estate law. Alyson represents developers, homebuilders, land owners, utilities, health care facilities, schools and various retail and office clients doing business in southeastern Pennsylvania.
